Cowan Associates, Inc. (CAI) 1996 to Present

This is a broad-based engineering firm offering services in the fields of Civil, Structural, Environmental, Land Development, Municipal and Building Engineering, as well as Surveying, Landscape Architecture, and Construction Management. Currently serving as Project Engineer representing private and municipal clients, as Director of Business Development in charge of sales and marketing, as Director of Land Development Engineering, and as Vice President.

Prince William Construction Company 1995 to 1996
Served as an estimator preparing bids for site development, roadway, and VDOT construction projects. Duties included full quantity takeoff, contacting suppliers, generating production rates and costs, and preparing proposals.
